It’s the rainy slash extremely hot in Bangkok and some of us might just hate the weather. You’re at home thinking to yourself, “Now what am I going to do when it’s pouring outside!” Here’s the seven things you can try doing just for fun!
1. Rain Cleaning
We have heard about Spring cleaning before, let’s try the rain cleaning! Starting from cleaning up your laptop, iTunes libraby, that messy closet, or well better yet just clean yourself.
2. Get the Chilled
Call up some of your pals and head to the theater for the horror movie. Get your lungs moving by screaming a little! The fun part is when you’re driving home in the rain, all alone!
3. Bitch About the Rain
So it’s a Tuesday night and your best friend happens to be home, call him/her up and just start bitching about the rain. You might find yourself talking about the good old times, “Remember that time when it started raining and we were … ”
4. Extremely Weird Sports Hour
Start flipping through the channels and find a sport to watch, better yet call your friend up and start betting for ice-cream scoops. It’s silly, completely a waste of time, and well it’s fun! Try the Pro Bull Riders, seriously!
5. Dancing in The Rain
Let’s not forget the classic activity to do when it rains, the dance! Get yourself back into the Songkran mode, just that this time, you don’t have to travel all the way to Khaosarn, your balcony would do just fine!
6. Light Up
Okay, so the lights are out, let’s not panic, in fact, indulge in this moment of darkness. Open your drawer and start looking for those aroma scents, candles, or whatever it is that can be lit! Hot shower maybe out with the lights but cold bottled water would do just fine.
7. Hardcore Exercise
This might be the time for you to get back in shape, remember the skinny jeans lying in your closet? Let’s just fit in them! Spend a few hours at the gym or if you’re stuck at home then start walking up and down with your iPod on! It’s not only healthy but you’d probably be sleeping after the whole hardcore session while it’s raining outside, simply perfect!

When it’s wet, why not get wetter? If the indoor pool seems too ordinary, find your nearest outdoor pool and enjoy

Some nice ideas out there, though there is one thing I really want to do, but it required really perfect timing.
Walk in the rain, fully prepared for it (more or less you got to be able to know it’s going to rain, while others might not), a good location would be a place where there’s a lot of people walking around.
Grab a VDOcam and start shooting how people react when the rain suddenly pours down.
[you might cheat here, by asking a few friends to help you out, go to some place with very less people, wait for it to rain, and shoot you friend (with the cam ofcourse) this way you can pre-decide what you want them to do]
Ok after you’re done shooting the vdo, you can edit them scenes and all, and then the fun part. Rip out the audio and put in a bunch of random sounds, dialogues, songs that has nothing to do with rain, stuff like that.
Keep the VDO, name it “Memory of a Rainy Day” or something like that.
It’ll add up to your collection for all the VDO collectors.
I do have other ideas, but they are way too random

omg! haha how creative! i like this sab! oh n dont forget like amorn said! swimming in a pool when its raining with the lights out is the shit! its soo pretty wen u go under water and look up at the surface of the water with the rain pattering down on it! ahh miss the old times..
