And finally Lifestyle BK officially landed in Bangkok for the public’s eye to see, feel, and be with last night at BED Supperclub. The theme ‘Superstar,’ was definitely the right theme because people were really dressed to kill, and I am sure they had fun playing around with the kinky colorful feathers, along with the crowns, and the blings. I have never seen Bangkok’s party started this early, especially when we are the one hosting, so of course, it goes as we planned. By 8pm, people were flowing in registering, whether they are VIPs or the Press, received our package of gifts, and all of them had a chance to take part in our highlighted photo competition!
After the photo shots are done, the crowds move in to the White Room of BED, ordering their drinks, sleeping on the beds talking, catching up with their long lost friends, mingling with new people, while waiting for the Lifestyle crew to show what we have got for them. From the short yet very lively VTR introducing the Lifestyle BK, picture fancy moving letters and video clips combined with the forever popular track, ‘Perfect,’ by Princess Superstar, definitely one of my on-the-go tracks on iPod!
DJ Justin from BED was spinning his minimal electro beats to keep the crowds going in between the break hour, more mingling, chilling, a little dancing, and more drinking! Until I stepped up on the bar, not on the stage, to announce the winners of the photo competition, nervous? Yes, but I was just going with the flow and the crowd! Making sure they scream for the pictures, the winners, making sure they just scream!
Of course, Lifestyle BK’s party wouldn’t have been perfect without all of the sponsors, BED, Chivas, Italasia, Frederbrau, and Raimon Land along with other sponsors from L’Oreal, Indus Restaurants, Apex Profound Beauty, Bangkok Oasis Spa, and Dream Hotel.
Once the VIPs party was over, the crowd was already tipsy, moving around BED from one side to another, the winners were looking for me and Nakul for the gifts, I still need to apologize to our Number One Shot winners for being really forgetful and confusing! I’m glad however that they have received their gifts!
One sentence to wrap up this party? It’s Lifestyle BK and we were HAPPENING and will BE HAPPENING!
